For the convenience of working parents, the school transport partner provides an optional daily bus service to and from residential districts served by RIS. 

Rigorous staff training and implementation of Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) safety measures have ensured RIS buses maintain an immaculate safety record. A secure arrivals and departure area ensures bus students arrive at and leave the premises safely. All buses are equipped with CCTV and are monitored by bus supervisors to ensure students are kept safe and collected by the nominated adult at their point of destination.

When school co-curricular activities are scheduled, additional school buses run ‘late’ in the afternoon to accommodate bus students participating in these activities.

Raffles International School has contracted Arab Falcon Bus Rental LLC, a reputable transportation company which is being used by a number of schools in Dubai to ensure that we are providing our students with a safe, reliable and professional transport service.

Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate all requests, the decision on whether the student is being allocated a seat rests with Arab Falcon Bus Rental which would depend on whether there is an available seat on existing buses and the student resides along the planned bus routes.

The annual fee for the transportation service will be AED 8000 for the academic year. This will cover the morning pick up and afternoon drop off.

Note: Students may avail a one-way facility but this is subject to the availability of seats and the fee will be 75% of the total fee which will be AED 6000.
